S T U D I O Ellen Goebel is a Munich-based creative practice working across visual identity, creative direction, campaigns, publications, and packaging.
Founded and led by Ellen Goebel, the studio approaches design as a conversation—an exchange between people, ideas, culture, and context. Every project begins with listening, research, and an intuitive understanding of what gives a brand, institution, or individual its particular character.
Working across culture, fashion, beauty, and contemporary luxury, the studio creates visual languages that communicate meaning, reveal identity, and endure beyond trends. Clients include Marc O'Polo, Yali Luce, Windsor., Boss, Peace in the Wild Aroma Care, and Ouverture Fine Jewelry, alongside collaborations with artists Tina Berning, Julio Rondo, Alice Nordio and Stefan Armbruster and the publisher Distanz Verlag. In 2025, Ellen received a European Design Award for its packaging design for Peace in the Wild.
Before founding her studio, Ellen led the art department at Marc O'Polo. She currently serves as a juror for the Design category of the Studienstiftung des deutschen Volkes and is co-founder of OFFICINA, a collaborative design studio based in Berlin.
